Pokedex:
Despite Spectrout’s previous evolutions, this is a rare pokemon in the wild and most Sungilly’s don’t live long enough to naturally evolve into this adult form.  However once a year these adult pokemon gather by the thousands to spawn in the rivers where they were born.

Gender Differences:

Females:   Female Spectrout are up to 25% shorter then the males.  The Jaw of females are a dark purple.

Males:  (As Seen Above) Male Spectrout are up to 25% longer then the females.  The Jaw of Males are a dark green.

Flash – Light / Other / -- / 100%/ 20 PP

Attack Effect:
- The user flashes a light that cuts the foe's accuracy. It can also be used to illuminate caves.
Secondary Effect:
- Lowers opponent's Accuracy one stage.  Dark and Ghost type opponent's Accuracy is lowered by two stages.
Attack Concept:
- Light would be the true form of the Flash move.



Wavelength – Light / Special / 1 / 100%/ 30 PP

Attack Effect:
- The user looses a burst of light waves affecting everyone around the user. Its power varies.
Secondary Effect:
- When the attack is used, the screen will display a color, defining the power of the Wavelength attack. This attack varies from Red up to Ultra Violet on specific random charges. This color determines the base power of the attack based upon this. The damage is as follows;

Attack Concept:
- This Light type attack is an equivalent to the Ground attack Magnitude.



Flash Bang – Light / Other / -- / 90%/ 10 PP

Attack Effect:
- The user sets off a concussive blast that both flashes a blinding light and a deafening blast which harshly cuts the foe's accuracy and confuses simultaneously.
Secondary Effect:
- Lowers opponent's Accuracy two stages.  May induce CONFUSION (75%).
Attack Concept:
- This move is inspired by both Law Enforcements & Military use of Flash Bang Grenades.  You would not want to be hit by one, very disorienting!  



Solar Shot – Light / Special / 120 / 70%/ 10 PP

Attack Effect:
- A focused beam of light is fired on the target to inflict damage. It may also leave the target with a Burn.
Secondary Effect:
- This move has different accuracies depending upon the weather. In Rain, Hail, or a Sandstorm, it has an accuracy of 50%. In Sunshine, it has an accuracy of 100%. In all other weather states, it has an accuracy of 70%.  May induce a Burn (30%).
Attack Concept:
- a powerful Light type attack based on the electric type attack Thunder.
