Noted Changes:

- Dual nose snouts (similar to Seadra's)
- An actual mouth
- Seaweed like catfish/dragon whiskers (barbels?)
- Enlarged ears
- Staghorn Coral horns
- Larger Dorsal Flippers
- Uncurled tail with seaweed/kelp-esque tail fins
- Elongated body has doubled in length
